The Acute Toxicity Test Hexane Extract  of Annona squamosa Againts  Larvae Aedes aegypti 

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease cause by Dengue virus through mosquito Aedes aegypti with rapid spread and it can cause death. The effort to suppress cases in the comunity using chemical larvicidal have an adverse effect, therefore it is necessary to find alternative such botanical larvicidal. Annona squamosa is one of the potential plants as a botanical larvicidal. The aim of this research is to know the toxicity hexane extract of Annona squamosa seed againts larvae Aedes aegypti within 24 hours. The design of this research is experimental include preliminary test and final test. Final test is done with three times repetition which each consentration contain 20 larvae. Analysis of research result using Probit regression analysis obtained LC50 0,042% and LC90 0,101%

Abstract

Telecommunications and information at this time has been growing rapidly. One of them is the internet. The Internet has become a major necessity in the life process. One of the companies that provide these services are PT. ICON+. PT. Indonesia Comnets + are provide the installation services  IP VPN MPLS network. In MPLS-based network system, the channel will be route to other cable in the event of a cable broken off. Therefore, the network becomes high reliability due to the network still provide services even though there is a broken line. In general, IP VPN MPLS network installation at PT. ICON + is divided into two parts. First, the installation of the network in the first mile (from PT.ICON +), which is preceded by installing telways converter, patch cord (connecting the converter to ODF), and checking the cable, then continue by installing the UTP cable from the converter connected to the router. Second, install the standalone converter; plug a patch cord from the converter standalone to ODF, then connecting converter to PC or router by UTP cable and RJ 45. The advantage of using MPLS-based networks is the cable will be automatically route to the closest network in the cases of the broken off cable. Bandwidths which are provided by PT ICON+ are from 64 Kbps to 2048 Kbps.

ABSRACT

Broadcast radio transmission system is transmission system in the distribution of information using radio waves. Radio waves are electromagnetic waves that propagate in free space at the speed of the speed of light (300.000 km/det) . There are two types of modulation used in Lembaga Penyiaran publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) in Pekanbaru, namely the Frequency Modulation (FM) and amplitude modulation (AM). In FM modulation using a type of radio wave Very High Frequency (VHF) is between 88-108 MHz. In using this type of wave modulation AM Medium Frequency (MF) is between 500-1700 KHz. In the process the transmitted radio signal is only the sound (audio). At the base station signal produced by the microphone sound that serves as a transducer, which converts the energy of sound (audio) into electrical energy (sound signal) with a maximum frequency of 20 KHz (AF = audio frequency).
